HELLO!

The point of this website is to introduce you to my work and (maybe a little bit of) who I am as a person. 🙂

My research and teaching are informed by a passion to discover how organizations can act as agents of change, bettering their own performance and our society at the same time. In my research, I tend to focus on gender issues in management and applying quantitative methods to solving managerial problems. I get more into that elsewhere on this site.

Outside of school, you can find me lifting at the local gym, listening to music while working at the local coffee shop, or shopping for the ingredients for a new recipe.
